Join us for a tailor made retreat in the beautiful island of La Palma designed to give you a holistic experience, focused on well-being, personal growth and connection to nature while immersing you in the rich cultural heritage of La Palma.

The Retreat

During this retreat, you can expect to participate in daily yoga classes led by an experienced local teacher from the island. The daily classes may include various styles of yoga, such as Hatha, Vinyasa, or Yin and are designed to cater to different skill levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners.

You will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the island’s history as we take you to visit nearby historical sites, connect with nature as we explore the natural beauty of La Palma and indulge in nourishing and wholesome meals prepared with fresh, locally sourced ingredients. For the ideal history and art lover, La Palma is known for its well-preserved colonial towns, where you can wander through narrow cobblestone streets and learn about the island’s past.

Hacienda de Abajo
